The invention discloses a crossing type counterweight energy-saving quay crane double-trolley steel wire rope winding system which comprises an upper trolley energy-saving winding system, a lower trolley energy-saving winding system, an upper trolley lifting winding system, a lower trolley lifting winding system, an upper trolley walking winding system and a lower trolley walking winding system. The torque of the upper trolley energy-saving steel wire rope acting on the upper trolley lifting winding drum is opposite to the torque of the upper trolley lifting steel wire rope acting on the upper trolley lifting winding drum in direction. The torque of the lower trolley energy-saving steel wire rope acting on the lower trolley lifting winding drum is opposite to the torque of the lower trolley lifting steel wire rope acting on the lower trolley lifting winding drum in direction. Mutual interference of the steel wire ropes of the crossing type counterweight energy-saving quay crane is effectively avoided, the crossing type counterweight energy-saving quay crane is prevented from running faults or influencing the running efficiency due to winding of the steel wire ropes, the structural stability and the running safety of the crossing type counterweight energy-saving quay crane are improved, and the container loading and unloading efficiency of ports and wharfs is improved.
