Comprising an upper trolley energy-saving winding system, a lower trolley energy-saving winding system, an upper trolley lifting winding system, a lower trolley lifting winding system, an upper trolley walking winding system, a lower trolley walking winding system, an upper trolley energy-saving reduction gearbox and a lower trolley energy-saving reduction gearbox. The upper trolley lifting winding drum and the upper trolley energy-saving winding drum are in transmission connection through an upper trolley energy-saving reduction gearbox, and the lower trolley lifting winding drum and the lower trolley energy-saving winding drum are in transmission connection through a lower trolley energy-saving reduction gearbox. Mutual interference of the steel wire ropes of the energy-saving quay crane with the through-type reduction gearbox is effectively avoided, the situation that the energy-saving quay crane with the through-type reduction gearbox breaks down due to winding of the steel wire ropes or the operation efficiency is affected is prevented, the structural stability and the operation safety of the energy-saving quay crane with the through-type reduction gearbox are improved, and the container loading and unloading efficiency of ports and wharfs is improved.
