The invention provides a portal crane walking track foundation and a construction method thereof.The portal crane walking track foundation is arranged on a top plate of a building main body and comprises a steel box girder main body and a plurality of installation supports, the two ends of the steel box girder main body are erected on an existing structure of the building main body respectively, and the installation supports are arranged on the steel box girder main body; one end of the mounting support is located on the top plate, the other end of the mounting support is connected with the steel box girder main body to support the steel box girder main body, the steel box girder main body comprises at least two sections of steel box girders which are spliced in the direction perpendicular to the extension direction of the building main body, and the mounting support is located at the splicing position of the two adjacent sections of steel box girders. According to the portal crane, the steel box girder structure is designed to serve as the foundation of the portal crane and can be directly installed on the top plate of the building body, meanwhile, the steel box girder body is designed in a sectional mode, the mechanical property is better, the steel box girder body is supported through the installation supports arranged on the top plate, and the stability and the bending resistance of the steel box girder body are improved.
本发明提供了一种门式起重机行走轨道基础及其施工方法,所述门式起重机行走轨道基础设置于一建筑主体的顶板上,包括钢箱梁主体及若干安装支座,所述钢箱梁主体的两端分别架设在所述建筑主体的既有结构上,所述安装支座的一端位于所述顶板上,另一端与所述钢箱梁主体连接以支撑所述钢箱梁主体,所述钢箱梁主体包括至少两节沿垂直于所述建筑主体的延伸方向拼接的钢箱梁,所述安装支座位于相邻两节所述钢箱梁的拼接处。通过设计钢箱梁结构作为门式起重机的基础,可直接安装在建筑主体的顶板上,同时通过对钢箱梁主体进行分段式设计,力学性能更好,以及通过在顶板上设置安装支座对钢箱梁主体进行支撑,提高了所述钢箱梁主体的稳定性和抗弯性能。
