The invention discloses a vehicle driving state automatic adjusting method and system and a vehicle. The method comprises the following steps: S1, acquiring driving data when a vehicle is started or backed up, and sending the driving data to a vehicle-mounted terminal; s2, the vehicle-mounted terminal compares the obtained driving data with a preset user model, when the obtained driving data is larger than a threshold value in the preset user model, the vehicle-mounted terminal sends a braking instruction to a braking system to enable the braking system to execute braking, and the driving data is sent to a cloud platform; otherwise, the vehicle-mounted terminal directly sends the acquired driving data to the cloud platform; s3, the cloud platform receives, analyzes and processes the driving data from the vehicle-mounted terminal, generates a user driving model and sends the user driving model to the vehicle-mounted terminal and the mobile terminal; and S4, the vehicle-mounted terminal and the mobile terminal receive the user driving model sent by the cloud platform, so that a user can check and modify a preset user model in the vehicle-mounted terminal. The state of the vehicle can be automatically adjusted, and the scratching risk and the vehicle loss are reduced.

    本发明公开了一种车辆行驶状态自动调节方法、系统及车辆。所述方法包括:S1、获取车辆启动或倒车时的行驶数据并发送至车载终端;S2、车载终端将获取的行驶数据与预设用户模型进行对比,当获取的行驶数据大于预设用户模型中的阈值时,车载终端向制动系统发出刹车指令使制动系统执行刹车,并将行驶数据发送至云平台;否则,车载终端直接将获取的行驶数据发送至云平台;S3、云平台接收来自车载终端的行驶数据并分析和处理,生成用户行驶模型发送至车载终端和移动终端;S4、车载终端和移动终端接收云平台发送的用户行驶模型,以供用户查看和修改车载终端中的预设用户模型。本发明能够自动调节车辆的状态,降低剐蹭风险和汽车损失。
