The information collection module is electrically connected with electric equipment on the automobile; the energy storage management module is used for configuring the specification and the number of energy storage units in the energy storage module; the energy storage management module sends an information collection signal to the information collection module to obtain the rated power, the rated voltage and the use duration of the electric equipment; the energy storage management module summarizes the data of the electric equipment belonging to the same rated voltage, calculates the power consumption of the electric equipment of the same specification in a single acquisition period, and calculates the number of required energy storage units of a single specification by using a calculation formula; and the energy storage management module configures the energy storage units according to the quantity of the energy storage units required by each specification.
