The invention provides a solar energy application control system and an automobile, the application system comprises a solar energy assembly and a solar energy controller connected with the solar energy assembly, and the solar energy controller comprises a maximum power point tracking controller MPPT, a DC/DC, a controller output module and a controller control module, the mode selection module and the low-voltage control module are connected with the solar controller, and the low-voltage battery module, the other power supply module (5), the common low-voltage equipment and the other low-voltage equipment (12) are connected with the solar controller. According to the solar energy application control system, after the vehicle is powered on, as long as the DC/DC of the solar controller starts to work, the solar energy can be used by the low-voltage system regardless of the magnitude of the solar energy output power; after the vehicle is powered off, in consideration of protection of common low-voltage equipment, the default state is that the low-voltage battery module is charged, and if necessary, a user can select a manual switching mode. In the using process, the solar energy utilization rate is effectively improved.
