The invention discloses a ship shafting weighing device, and relates to the field of ship manufacturing, the ship shafting weighing device comprises a bottom plate and a moving frame, the bottom plate is located under the moving frame, guide rails are installed on the two sides of the top of the bottom plate, and two jacks, a plurality of buffer springs and telescopic rods are installed on the top of the bottom plate; movable plates are connected to the top ends of the buffer springs, the telescopic rods and the jacks, fixed blocks are installed on the outer surfaces of the movable frames, winches are connected to the tops of the fixed blocks, and steel wire ropes penetrating through the fixed blocks are connected to the output ends of the winches. By arranging the limiting assembly, when the ship shafting is transferred, due to limitation of a connecting rod and a sliding sleeve, the situation that a steel wire rope drives the ship shafting to shake left and right can be prevented, then the stability of the ship shafting during transferring is improved, and meanwhile when the ship shafting moves downwards, the sliding sleeve moves on a sliding rod; therefore, the ship shafting can be stably placed on the gravity sensor, and the placing effect of the ship shafting is improved.

    本发明公开了一种用于船舶轴系称重装置,涉及船舶制造领域,包括底板和移动架,底板位于移动架的正下方,底板的顶部两侧均安装有导轨,底板的顶部分别安装有两个个千斤顶、多个缓冲弹簧和伸缩杆,缓冲弹簧、伸缩杆和千斤顶的顶端均连接有活动板,移动架的外表面安装有固定块,固定块的顶部连接有绞车,绞车的输出端连接有贯穿固定块的钢丝绳。本发明通过设置有限位组件,当将船舶轴系进行转运时,由于连杆和滑套的限制,可防止钢丝绳带动船舶轴系左右晃动,继而提高对船舶轴系转运时的稳定性,同时船舶轴系下移时滑套会在滑杆上移动,从而使得船舶轴系能够平稳的放置于重力传感器上,并提高了对船舶轴系的放置效果。
