By arranging the buffering assemblies, when the ship shaft vibrates in the rotating process, the buffering assemblies slow down the vibration, and due to the fact that the buffering assemblies are evenly installed in the fixing ring, Vibration generated by the rotating shaft in any direction can be relieved, the risk that the ship shaft is damaged due to fatigue caused by bending stress for a long timeis reduced, and stable operation of a ship is guaranteed.
