The invention relates to cutting-resistant, chunking-resistant and chipping-resistant all-steel engineering radial tire tread rubber and a preparation method thereof. The cutting-resistant, chunking-resistant and chipping-resistant all-steel engineering radial tire tread rubber comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of natural rubber, 70-80 parts of butadiene styrene rubber, 55-60 parts of carbon black, 5-15 parts of white carbon black, 1-3 parts of stearic acid, 3-5 parts of zinc oxide, 5-6 parts of an anti-aging system, 2-4 parts of resin, 3-6 parts of oil and 2-4 parts of a vulcanization accelerator. Compared with the prior art, the cutting resistance of the tread rubber is improved by adopting high parts of butadiene styrene rubber, and meanwhile, the heat generation performance of the rubber material is reduced by adopting a variety of carbon black for use, so that the service life of the engineering tire is prolonged.

    本发明涉及一种耐切割抗崩花掉块的全钢工程子午线轮胎胎面胶及其制备方法,包括以下重量份的组分:天然橡胶:20‑30份,丁苯橡胶:70‑80份,炭黑:55‑60份,白炭黑:5‑15份,硬脂酸:1‑3份,氧化锌:3‑5份,防老体系:5‑6份,树脂:2‑4份,油:3‑6份,硫化促进剂:2‑4。与现有技术相比,本发明采用高份数的丁苯橡胶,提升胎面胶的耐切割性能,同时在炭黑品种上采用多种炭黑并用,降低胶料的生热性能,从而提高工程胎的使用寿命。
