And the steel plate transferring quality and efficiency are effectively improved, and the problems that an existing transferring device cannot rapidly and accurately recognize, position and transfer the plates, and particularly existing carrying equipment is difficult to carry the flexible plates are solved.

    本发明公开了通过一种基于机器视觉的全自动柔性板材单张转运装置及方法,通过三维激光机器视觉扫描系统,对库区进行扫描,对目标物料的位置和尺寸进行快速定位,并结合视觉自动识别设备对物料规格和型号的快速识别,提高库区物料调度的效率。本发明还通过规格型号信息的识别,自动调整真空吸盘吊具的吸盘横向间距和前后排吸盘高度差,达到对不同型号钢板转运的自适应目的,并且结合称重传感器的信号反馈及时对被吸取钢板作出调整,保证每次都能准确吸取单张钢板,有效提升钢板转运质量和效率,解决了现有转运装置无法快速对板材进行准确识别、定位转运,特别是现有搬运装备对柔性板材搬运困难的问题。
