    本发明主要设计了一种基于机器视觉的全自动吸盘式堆码起重机,具体将麦克纳姆轮固定在支腿底部作为运行装置,吸盘抓手通过滑动滚轮轴承固定在机架的滑轨上,微型伸缩推杆推动吸盘板向物体靠近,吸盘板上装有三组双层橡胶真空吸盘,其尾部通过气管与真空泵相连,通过真空泵抽气将物体吸附。本发明既能够保证物体安全,同时也能保证堆码起重机的结构稳定性,极大地提高了机械作业效率。
