Such deployable structures suitably include components for spatial structures, such as supports for solar arrays, antennas, or other similar systems. The deployable structure (500) includes a first grid (514) arrangeable in a stowed configuration and a deployed configuration. The deployable structure further includes a second grid (516), the second grid (516) being arrangeable in a stowed configuration and a deployed configuration, where the second grid (516) is nested in the first grid (514) with the grid being arranged in the stowed configuration.
