The invention discloses a vehicle speed measurement system based on intelligent video analysis, which comprises a contact table, a server side and a processing table, the contact table, the server side and the processing table are communicated through an Ethernet network, the contact table comprises a video acquisition front end and an image sorting front end, the video acquisition front end comprises a fixed video and a vehicle-mounted video, and the image sorting front end comprises an image sorting front end. The image sorting front end comprises a screening function block and a sorting function block. According to the invention, the image sorting front end screens and sorts the acquired video data, so as to ensure the credibility of pictures and image information as analysis objects; analyzing the selected picture by using a picture velocimeter, analyzing the selected image by using the image velocimeter so as to carry out second speed measurement calculation on the target vehicle, and carrying out comparative analysis on two speed results; by comparing the speed results obtained through calculation in the two modes and conducting dynamic modeling on the results, the vehicle driving condition can be analyzed more clearly in dynamic simulation.

    本发明公开了基于智能视频分析的车辆测速系统,包括接触台、服务端与处理台,且接触台、服务端与处理台之间连通有以太网络,接触台包括有视频获取前端与图像分选前端,视频获取前端包括有固定录像与车载录像,且图像分选前端包括有分筛功能块与分选功能块。本发明通过图像分选前端对获取的录像资料进行分筛与分选,以保证作为分析对象的图片与图像信息的可信度;利用图片测速仪对选中的图片进行分析,同时利用图像测速仪对选中的图像进行分析以对目标车辆进行第二种测速计算,同时两种速度结果进行对比分析;通过比对两种方式计算得出的速度结果,并对结果进行动态建模,以便于在动态模拟中更加清楚的分析车辆行驶情况。
