The invention discloses a vibration reduction structure of a vehicle suspension. The vibration reduction structure comprises a spiral spring and a vibration reduction device, wherein a first telescopic space is formed in the spiral spring; a second telescopic space is formed in the bag-shaped component, the bag-shaped component is arranged to change the rigidity of the bag-shaped component through the second telescopic space, and the bag-shaped component is arranged in the first telescopic space. The vibration reduction structure can solve the problem that the vehicle performance is reduced due to the fact that the rigidity of the spiral spring cannot be adjusted and cannot adapt to working condition changes. The invention further discloses a vehicle suspension comprising the vibration reduction structure and a vehicle.
