The invention discloses a retarder for a multi-car parallel elevator, the retarder is mounted on a suspension, the suspension is connected with cars, the suspension is provided with two groups of guide limiting wheel sets which are arranged at intervals, the retarder comprises a retarder body, a static wedge block, a movable wedge block and a force application unit, the retarder body is fixedly mounted on the suspension, the static wedge block is fixedly mounted on the suspension, and the movable wedge block is fixedly mounted on the suspension. The movable wedge block and the static wedge block are both in a wedge shape, the inclined faces of the movable wedge block and the static wedge block are matched, the force application unit is connected with the movable wedge block and drives the movable wedge block to move along the inclined faces, and the movable wedge block moves towards the guide rail to the face making contact with the guide rail and forms different friction force with the guide rail or moves away from the guide rail. The guide limiting wheel set guides the lift car to move along the track of the guide rail, so that the movable wedge block is in complete contact with the guide rail surface when the retarder acts. Slow speed reduction of the lift car is achieved, elevator overspeed is avoided, and the overspeed action of the safety tongs is reduced; the retarder directly acts on the lift car, slow-speed leveling rescue and escape are achieved, and the structure is simple and reliable.

    本发明公开了一种用于多轿厢并行电梯的缓速器,缓速器安装在悬架上,悬架和轿厢连接,悬架上设有两组间隔布置的导向限位轮组,缓速器包括缓速器本体、静止楔块、动楔块和施力单元,缓速器本体固定安装在悬架上,动楔块和静止楔块均为楔形,动楔块和静止楔块的斜面配合,施力单元连接并带动动楔块沿着所述斜面移动,动楔块朝着导轨移动至接触导轨的一面,和导轨之间形成不同摩擦力,或者背离导轨移动,缓速器为单摩擦面,导向限位轮组引导轿厢沿着导轨的轨迹运行,使缓速器动作时动楔块与导轨面完全接触。本发明实现轿厢缓速降速,避免电梯超速,减少安全钳的超速动作;缓速器直接作用于轿厢,实现缓速平层救援和逃生,结构简单可靠。
