The invention discloses an unmanned aerial vehicle charging method and device, an unmanned aerial vehicle and a system, and the method comprises the steps: searching a charging end matched with the unmanned aerial vehicle; wherein the charging end is used for providing electric energy for the unmanned aerial vehicle; acquiring a position signal of the charging end; and controlling the unmanned aerial vehicle to fly to a specified charging position according to the position information so as to be wirelessly connected with the charging end for charging. The invention can solve the problem of too long round-trip time for charging the unmanned aerial vehicle.
