The invention provides a distributed driving assembly system of a permanent magnet monorail crane. Comprising a supporting mechanism; a monorail crane walking device; hoisting the bracket; the monorail crane braking device comprises a connecting rod, a braking rod, a first spring, a hydraulic cylinder and a brake pad, the side wall of the monorail crane walking device is connected with the braking rod in a sliding mode, the brake pad is installed at one end of the braking rod, and the brake pad abuts against the side wall of the supporting mechanism; the connecting rod is installed at the other end of the brake rod, the connecting rod and the side wall of the monorail crane walking device are rotationally connected with the hydraulic cylinder, and the side wall of the hydraulic cylinder is sleeved with the first spring; a limiting mechanism; the guide mechanism is connected with the monorail crane walking device; a left driving unit; and an operation unit. According to the distributed driving assembly system of the permanent magnet monorail crane, the running distance and the load capacity of the monorail crane can be effectively increased, the balance of power distribution is guaranteed, and the overall safety performance of a vehicle is improved.

    本发明提供一种永磁单轨吊分布式驱动总成系统。包括支撑机构;单轨吊行走装置;吊装支架;单轨吊制动装置,所述单轨吊制动装置包括连杆、制动杆、第一弹簧、液压缸和刹车片,所述单轨吊行走装置的侧壁滑动连接所述制动杆,所述制动杆的一端安装所述刹车片,且所述刹车片抵触所述支撑机构的侧壁;所述制动杆的另一端安装所述连杆,所述连杆和所述单轨吊行走装置的侧壁转动连接所述液压缸,所述液压缸的侧壁套装所述第一弹簧;限位机构;导向机构,所述导向机构连接所述单轨吊行走装置;左向驱动单元;操作单元。本发明提供的永磁单轨吊分布式驱动总成系统可有效提升单轨吊的运行距离和负载能力,保证动力分配的均衡性,提高了车辆整体的安全性能。
