The invention discloses a hollow rubber bearing wheel and an amphibious ship track transmission device in order to solve the technical problem that in the prior art, the speed is affected due to the fact that an amphibious ship bearing wheel is heavy. The hollow rubber bearing wheel comprises a wheel shell, a rubber tire and a bearing seat, the wheel shell is formed by stamping a steel plate, and the cross section of the wheel shell is U-shaped; a herringbone tooth-shaped concave-convex structure is arranged on the tread of the rubber tire; the bearing seat is installed in the center of the wheel shell, and the outer wall of the bearing seat is connected with the side face of the wheel shell through a welding technology. A hollow cavity is formed between the wheel shell and the bearing seat, and foamed plastic is filled in the cavity. The amphibious ship track transmission device comprises the bearing wheel. The wheel shell which is formed by stamping the high-strength steel plate and used for supporting the rubber tire is of a hollow structure, the weight of the bearing wheel is reduced, and meanwhile the bearing performance of the bearing wheel is kept. The hollow area is filled with foamed plastic, the bearing wheel is prevented from becoming heavy due to water entering, and the navigational speed of the amphibious ship in water is guaranteed.
本发明为了解决现有技术中的两栖船承重轮较重影响速度的技术问题,公开了一种中空橡胶承重轮及两栖船履带传动装置。中空橡胶承重轮包括轮壳、橡胶轮胎和轴承座,轮壳采用钢板冲压制成,横截面呈“U”型;橡胶轮胎的胎面上设置有人字齿形的凹凸结构;轴承座安装于轮壳的中心处,轴承座的外壁与轮壳的侧面采用焊接工艺连接;轮壳与轴承座之间形成了一个中空的腔室,于腔室内填充有泡沫塑料。两栖船履带传动装置包括上述承重轮。高强度钢板冲压制成的用于支撑橡胶轮胎的轮壳为内部中空结构,降低了承重轮的重量,同时保持了承重轮的承载性能;采用泡沫塑料填充中空区域,避免了承重轮因进水变得沉重,保证了两栖船在水中的航速。
