Provided is a polymer composition which has good processability and is suitable for the production of a tire having an excellent balance among resilience, wet grip, low loss, and tensile strength. This polymer composition contains: (A) a conjugated diene polymer which is a reaction product of a polymer having a living polymerization terminal and a compound represented by any one of general formulae (1)-(3); the polymer having a living polymerization terminal is obtained by polymerizing a conjugated diene compound or a conjugated diene compound with an aromatic vinyl compound in the presence of an alkali metal compound or an alkaline earth metal compound; and (B) conjugated diene polymer particles.
