The rotation limiting structure comprises a steering wheel, a steering shaft, a shell, a rotating body, a follow-up body and a limiting body, the steering wheel is fixedly connected with the steering shaft, the steering shaft penetrates through the upper end face and the lower end face of the shell, and bearings are arranged at the joints; the rotating body, the follow-up body and the limiting body are located in the shell and axially arranged outside the steering shaft in sequence relative to the steering wheel. The rotating body is fixedly connected with the steering shaft, a limiting block is arranged on the rotating body, and the limiting block pushes the limiting surface of the follow-up body; the follow-up body is connected with the steering shaft through a bearing, a limiting block is arranged on the follow-up body, and the limiting block is stopped on the limiting surface of the limiting body; the side wall of the outer ring of the limiting body is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the shell, and the inner ring of the limiting body is suspended relative to the steering shaft, so that the steering wheel drives the steering shaft and the rotating body to rotate, and after rotating by a certain angle, the steering wheel makes contact with the follow-up body to jointly rotate by a certain angle and then makes limited contact with the limiting body, and rotation limiting of the steering wheel is achieved.

    本发明公开一种应用于线控转向的旋转限位结构及其旋转运动方法,包括方向盘、转向轴、壳体、旋转体、随动体和限制体,方向盘与转向轴固定连接,转向轴贯穿壳体上下两个端面,且连接处皆设有轴承;旋转体、随动体和限制体位于壳体内部,且相对于方向盘依次轴向布置在转向轴外部;旋转体与转向轴固定连接,旋转体上有一限位块,该限位块推动随动体的限位面;随动体通过轴承与转向轴连接,随动体上设有一限位块,该限位块止动于限制体的限位面;限制体外圈侧壁与壳体内壁固定连接,其内圈相对于转向轴悬空设置,从而方向盘带动转向轴和旋转体进行旋转,当旋转一定角度后与随动体接触共同旋转一定角度后与限制体限位接触,实现方向盘的旋转限位。
