The invention provides an interval water level abnormity linkage protection method and equipment. The method comprises the steps that an ATS system responds to section water level abnormity alarm information, generates a protection partition establishment request and sends the protection partition establishment request to a ZC system; and the ZC system establishes a protection subarea, judges trains inside and outside the protection subarea based on whether the train can stop in front of the water level abnormal interval and whether the water level height affects normal running of the train, and takes corresponding evacuation measures or rescue measures. In this way, system linkage can be carried out when the interval water level is abnormal, the time delayed by personnel information transmission is shortened, and the safety of the train on the line under different conditions is guaranteed in the mode of establishing the protection subareas.

    本发明提供了一种区间水位异常联动防护方法及设备。所述方法包括ATS系统响应于区间水位异常报警信息,生成防护分区建立请求,发送至ZC系统;所述ZC系统建立防护分区,基于列车是否能在水位异常区间前停车以及水位高度是否影响列车正常行驶,对所述防护分区内和外的列车进行判断,做出对应的疏散措施或救援措施。以此方式,可以在区间水位异常时进行系统联动,减少由于人员传输信息耽误的时间,以建立防护分区的方式保证线路上不同情况下列车的安全。
