The invention discloses a wheel rail abnormity monitoring device, and the device comprises a power supply module which provides the power needed by the work of the device and carries out the power consumption management; the signal acquisition module is used for acquiring signals when the train runs; the core processing module is used for processing the signals acquired by the signal acquisition module, and simultaneously monitoring whether the wheels and the track are abnormal or not according to a processing result, or monitoring whether the wheels and the track are abnormal or not as a monitoring result; and the monitoring result output module is used for outputting the monitoring result. Wherein the core processing module comprises a first processing module and a second processing module, the first processing module judges whether abnormity occurs or not based on signals acquired by the signal acquisition module, and the result is taken as a preliminary judgment result; and the second processing module judges whether the wheel is abnormal or the track is abnormal or no abnormity exists based on the plurality of continuous preliminary judgment results, and the result is taken as the monitoring result. According to the device, the function that the same device monitors the train wheel state and the track state where the wheels run and pass in real time at the same time is ingeniously achieved, and the workload of device deployment and management in train and track maintenance can be effectively reduced.

    本发明公开了轮轨异常监测设备,一种轮轨异常监测设备包括:供电模块,为设备提供工作所需电力并进行功耗管理;信号采集模块,采集列车行驶时的信号;核心处理模块,处理信号采集模块采集到的信号,根据处理结果同时监测车轮及轨道是否出现异常,或者均无异常,作为监测结果;以及监测结果输出模块,输出所述监测结果。其中所述核心处理模块包括第一处理模块和第二处理模块,所述第一处理模块基于信号采集模块采集到的信号来判断是否出现异常,作为初步判断结果,所述第二处理模块基于多个连续的初步判断结果来判断是车轮出现异常还是轨道出现异常,或者均无异常,作为所述监测结果。本发明设备巧妙的实现了同一设备同时对列车车轮状态以及车轮所行驶经过的轨道状态进行实时监测的功能,能够有效的减少列车及轨道维护中设备部署和管理的工作量。
