The invention further discloses a design method of the steering knuckle. The obtained steering knuckle is reasonable in structure, and the problems that in the prior art, after the roots of the vertical ribs on the steering knuckle are fractured, cracks are enlarged, and the whole part loses efficacy can be solved.
