The invention discloses a binding band type anti-dazzle rearview mirror which comprises a shell, a rearview mirror cover and an anti-dazzle cover. An absorption-type polarizing layer; a liquid crystal dimming layer; and a reflective polarizing layer. The liquid crystal dimming layer comprises a first transparent substrate, a first transparent electrode, a first alignment layer, a liquid crystal layer, a second alignment layer, a second transparent electrode and a second transparent substrate which are arranged in sequence, and the first transparent substrate is located on the side close to the absorption type polarization layer; the side, facing an observer, of the shell is provided with an edge covering part extending towards the interior of the shell, and the absorption type polarization layer, the liquid crystal dimming layer and the reflection type polarization layer are all located in the shell and fixed through the edge covering part. The bandage type anti-dazzle rearview mirror further comprises a back hook detachably fixed to the back of the shell and a bandage matched with the back hook and detachably connected in the vertical direction. The bandage type anti-dazzle rearview mirror is free of ghosting, high in anti-dazzle speed and easy and convenient to install.
