The system comprises a direct-current booster circuit and a direct-current-to-alternating-current circuit. The direct-current booster circuit comprises a positive electrode circuit and a negative electrode circuit, and the negative electrode circuit is grounded. The direct-current-to-alternating-current circuit comprises two first transistors connected in series, two second transistors connected in series, two electric connecting ends and an integrated circuit unit, wherein the two first transistors and the two second transistors are connected in parallel, connected with the positive electrode circuit and grounded, the first transistors and the second transistors are controllably connected to the integrated circuit unit, the integrated circuit unit can control the first transistors and the second transistors to be switched so that square wave alternating currents can be formed by direct currents from the direct-current booster circuit and transmitted to the two electric connecting ends, and the two electric connecting ends are electrically connected with two electrodes of the anti-dazzle rearview mirror. The anti-dazzle rearview mirror comprises the anti-dazzle rearview mirror electronic control system and further comprises a conductive reflection layer, an electric inducing state changing layer, a first light pervious conductive layer and a light pervious substrate. By means of the anti-dazzle rearview mirror electronic control system and the anti-dazzle rearview mirror, the reflection clearness effect can be improved, dazzle can be reduced, and the driving safety is greatly improved.
