The invention discloses a transport robot and a transport frame levelness adjusting method thereof.The transport robot comprises a walking mechanism and a control mechanism, the walking mechanism is provided with a transport frame, an adjusting motor and a levelness detecting mechanism used for detecting the inclination angle of a walking face, and the transport frame is fixedly connected with an adjusting shaft; the adjusting shaft is in transmission connection with the adjusting motor, the adjusting motor and the levelness detection mechanism are both connected with the control mechanism, and the control mechanism is used for controlling the adjusting motor to drive the adjusting shaft to rotate by a corresponding angle according to the detected inclination angle of the walking face so as to maintain the transportation frame to be horizontal. The transportation robot can automatically adjust the inclination angle of the transportation frame, keep the transportation frame horizontal, improve the customer experience and expand the application scene of the transportation robot.
