The invention discloses a quick mounting method for a high-elasticity coupling. According to the method, a lifting ring is welded on the reverse top of a structure, close to the broadside of a ship body, of a main engine and a gearbox base in a full-length welding mode; a supporting rod and a slideway are welded below the main engine flywheel and the gearbox input flange; a traction ring is welded on a main engine and a gearbox base far away from the broadside, and a hoisting seat and a hoop are mounted on a high-elasticity coupler; the hoop is locked and lifted through a first chain block, the lifting base is locked through a second chain block on a traction ring, the high-elasticity coupler is dragged to a sliding way, and the high-elasticity coupler slides to the lowest position of the sliding way; mounting fastening bolts on two end surfaces of the high-elasticity coupling; all the auxiliary installation tools are dismantled, and the high-elasticity coupler is installed. The gravity sliding method is adopted, the problem that the high-elasticity coupler is difficult to hoist is solved, and the method has the advantages of being easy and rapid to install and small in construction amount.

    本发明公开了一种高弹性联轴器的快速安装方法,该方法通过在主机与齿轮箱基座靠近船体舷侧的结构反顶上满焊焊接吊环;在主机飞轮下方和齿轮箱输入法兰下方焊接支撑杆与滑道;在远离舷侧的主机与齿轮箱基座上焊接牵引环,并将起吊座、抱箍安装到高弹性联轴器上;利用第一手拉葫芦锁紧抱箍并起吊,并利用牵引环上的第二手拉葫芦锁紧起吊座并将高弹性联轴器牵引到滑道上,使高弹性联轴器滑动到滑道最低处;安装高弹性联轴器两端面的紧固螺栓;拆除所有辅助安装工具,高弹性联轴器安装完成。本发明采用重力滑动的方法,解决了高弹性联轴器吊装困难的问题,具有安装简单快速,施工量小的优点。
