The invention discloses a hoisting mechanism of a feeding system. The hoisting support is fixedly installed on an upper cross beam of a crown block and can longitudinally reciprocate along with the upper cross beam, and the remote control electric hoist is fixedly installed at the top in the hoisting support and connected with a hoisting platform capable of being driven by the remote control electric hoist to ascend and descend through a sling. A feeding device used for feeding materials to the paint spraying equipment is fixedly installed on the hoisting platform, the paint spraying equipment can transversely move on the upper cross beam in a reciprocating mode relative to the hoisting support to conduct paint spraying operation, and the hoisting platform can ascend to the inner side of the hoisting support through driving of the remote control electric hoist to feed the materials to the paint spraying equipment. The feeding system has the advantages that the pipeline of the feeding system is shortened, the convenience of actual operation is increased, the feeding system and crown block type robot equipment are well matched, the combination of the large-range stroke of a crown block type paint spraying robot in a bridge painting room and the high utilization rate of a site is considered, and the feeding system is conveniently and practically operated and maintained.

    本发明公开了一种供料系统吊装机构。它包括固定安装在天车的上横梁上并能够随上横梁纵向往复移动的吊装支架以及吊装支架内顶部固定安装的遥控电葫芦,遥控电葫芦通过吊索连接有能够由遥控电葫芦驱动升降的吊装平台,吊装平台上固定安装有用于给喷漆设备供料的供料装置,喷漆设备能够在上横梁上相对吊装支架往复横向移动进行喷漆作业,通过遥控电葫芦的驱动能够使吊装平台上升至吊装支架内侧给喷漆设备供料。优点是:缩短供料系统的管路并增加实际操作的便利性,实现了供料系统和天车式机器人设备的良好配合,做到兼顾桥梁涂装房内天车式喷漆机器人大范围行程和场地高利用率的结合,并且便于实际操作和维护供料系统。
