The invention provides a crawler belt and a crawler belt type advancing device, the crawler belt comprises an annular belt body, a synchronous belt body and a one-way valve, the annular belt body is made of an elastic material, the annular belt body is provided with a plurality of through holes, and the through holes are uniformly distributed in the annular center line of the outer surface of the annular belt body; the synchronous belt body is connected to the inner surface of the annular belt body, and the hardness of the synchronous belt body is larger than that of the annular belt body. The one-way valve is arranged in the through hole and divides the through hole into a first part leading to the inner surface of the annular belt body and a second part leading to the outer surface of the annular belt body; when the air pressure of the first part of the through hole is smaller than that of the second part of the through hole, air in the second part of the through hole flows to the first part of the through hole through the one-way valve. The crawler belt can solve the problems that the robot slips, is easy to fall off, is poor in stability and the like under the conditions that the installation angle of the panel is large and the robot crosses obstacles.
