The invention discloses a UWB-based forklift anti-collision method, which comprises a plurality of base stations and labels, wherein the base stations are installed on a forklift, the labels are installed on a fixed platform or on a worker, each base station comprises a UWB module and an MCU controller, each UWB module adopts a DW1000 chip, the DW1000 chips realize distance measurement between the base station and the labels through adopting a twr positioning algorithm and transmit the distance to the MCUs, and a base station program comprises two sets of distance measurement algorithms of the base station and the labels. According to the UWB-based forklift anti-collision method, the problems of dead angles and signals are well solved, all the labels within the range of the radius of 10 meters of the forklift can be used for ranging, each label and the base station can be monitored in real time, the alarm response time is shorter than 2 seconds, and enough response time can be provided for a driver.

    本发明公开了一种基于UWB的叉车防碰撞方法,包括基站和标签,基站安装在叉车上,标签安装在固定站台或工作人员身上,所述基站和标签均有多个,基站包含UWB模组和MCU控制器,UWB模组采用DW1000芯片,DW1000芯片通过twr定位算法实现基站与标签之间的测距并传输给MCU,基站程序里包含基站和标签的测距两套算法。本设计很好的解决了死角和信号的问题,在叉车半径10米范围内的所有的标签都能进行测距,对每一个标签以及基站进行实时监控,报警响应时间也低于2S,可以提供给驾驶员足够的反应时间。
