The invention discloses a method for measuring the amplitude of a tower crane trolley through cable capacitance, and belongs to the field of tower crane movement. According to the technical schemes of the invention, the method comprises the following steps of: 1, connecting a cable with the known capacitance of C1 into an oscillating circuit, generating an oscillating pulse with the frequency of f through the oscillating circuit, recording pulses through a single-chip microcomputer, recording pulse counts t1 in a period of time; and 2, moving the tower crane trolley to an initial position, connecting the cable on the tower crane trolley to the oscillating circuit, generating an oscillating pulse with the frequency of f through the oscillating circuit, and recording pulses through the single-chip microcomputer. According to the method, the cable with the known capacitance is measured, the length of the cable of the trolley can be calculated just through the capacitance in the subsequent measurement process, observation only through human eyes is not needed, therefore, accidents in the moving process of the trolley are avoided; and when it is detected that the moving amplitude of the trolley exceeds the maximum distance, an alarm is automatically given out, and safety accidents are avoided.

    本发明公开了一种线缆电容测量塔吊小车幅度的方法,涉及塔吊移动领域,其技术方案包括包括以下步骤:步骤一:将已知电容为C1的电缆接入到振荡电路中,通过振荡电路产生一个频率为f的震荡脉冲,通过单片机对脉冲次数进行记录,记录一段时间内脉冲数t1;步骤二:将塔吊小车移动到初始位置,再将塔吊小车上的电缆接入到震荡电路中,通过振荡电路产生一个频率为f的震荡脉冲,通过单片机对脉冲次数进行记录,通过对已知电容的电缆进行测量,能够在后续的测量过程中只通过电容大小推算出小车电缆的长度,不需要仅通过人眼进行观察,从而避免小车在移动过程中出现事故,并且在检测出小车的移动幅度超过最大距离时,自动发出警报,避免出现安全事故。
