The first power mechanism drives the first momentum wheel to rotate, and the second power mechanism drives the second momentum wheel to rotate; when the robot inclines leftwards, the first power mechanism drives the first momentum wheel to rotate and the second power mechanism to brake, and when the robot inclines rightwards, the second power mechanism drives the second momentum wheel to rotate and the first power mechanism to brake.
