The invention relates to battery replacement equipment and a vehicle-mounted mobile battery replacement system. The battery replacement equipment comprises a rack, a mechanical arm which is connected to the rack and used for moving the battery box relative to the rack in the horizontal direction, and a telescopic assembly which comprises a telescopic piece, wherein the telescopic piece is connected to the mechanical arm and used for pulling the mechanical arm to rotate in the vertical plane in the vertical direction so as to adjust the gradient of the mechanical arm. According to the battery replacement equipment and the vehicle-mounted mobile battery replacement system, the mechanical arm is pulled through the telescopic assembly to adjust the height of the mechanical arm in the vertical direction so that the height of the mechanical arm can be compensated when the mechanical arm is excessively inclined due to inclination of the battery replacement equipment; and the situation that the mechanical arm excessively inclines and cannot be in butt joint with the battery box or scrapes other parts in the battery box moving process is prevented. According to the scheme, the equipment is particularly suitable for the application occasion that the elasticity of a vehicle-mounted mobile battery replacement system is large due to chassis tires and other systems, and the inclination degree of the mechanical arm is adjusted to be within the preset range by adjusting the height of the mechanical arm.
