The invention provides a direct-current charging pile system. The direct-current charging pile system comprises at least two direct-current charging piles which are connected in series and are connected through a communication bus; in the direct current charging pile, two buses of an inter-pile power distribution module are respectively used as two buses of the direct current charging pile; the other N buses of the inter-pile power distribution module are connected with the output ends of the N power modules in a one-to-one correspondence manner and then are connected to each charging gun through a switch unit; in the inter-pile power distribution module, N + 2 ends after relays or relay combinations are respectively connected with N + 2 buses in a one-to-one correspondence manner; the power transmission among the direct current charging piles is realized or forbidden by controlling the on-off of the relays; therefore, power distribution and scheduling among the direct-current charging piles can be realized by arranging the relays; the maximum output power of a single gun is greatly improved, and the charging time is shortened; and when a certain charging module fails, normal charging can be realized through power scheduling so that the user experience is improved.
本发明提供一种直流充电桩系统,包括:至少两个串联连接且通过通信总线连接的直流充电桩;直流充电桩中,其桩间功率分配模块的两个总线分别作为直流充电桩的两个总线;桩间功率分配模块的其他N个总线和N个功率模组的输出端一一对应相连后,通过开关单元连接至各个充电枪;桩间功率分配模块中:继电器或继电器组合后的N+2端分别与N+2个总线一一对应相连;以通过控制继电器的通断来实现或禁止各个直流充电桩之间的功率传输;从而通过设置继电器即可实现各个直流充电桩间的功率分配与调度;大大提高了单枪的最大输出功率,缩短充电时间;出现某个充电模组故障时也可以通过功率调度实现正常充电,提高用户体验。
