The invention provides an electric vehicle energy management strategy optimization method considering temperature influence, which comprises the following steps: firstly, respectively carrying out dynamic characteristic experiments on a lithium ion battery and a super capacitor at different temperatures to obtain internal mechanism characteristics of a composite power supply system at different temperatures and SOC, and establishing a Thevenin model based on a genetic algorithm; then, aiming at the problem that a rule-based energy management strategy seriously depends on expert experience, the method proposes a design of optimizing a fuzzy controller by using a genetic algorithm, and finally obtains optimal membership function shape parameters at different temperatures. And finally, on the basis of optimization results of the Thevenin model and the genetic algorithm at different temperatures, the change of the external temperature is identified by using a nearest neighbor method, and a corresponding optimal control strategy and a Thevenin model parameter are selected, so that the electric vehicle can have better economical efficiency.

    本发明提供了一种考虑温度影响的电动汽车能量管理策略优化方法,首先在不同温度下分别对锂离子电池与超级电容进行动态特性实验,以获得复合电源系统在不同温度与SOC下的内部机理特性,并基于遗传算法建立Thevenin模型。然后,该方法针对基于规则的能量管理策略严重依赖于专家经验的问题,提出了以遗传算法来优化模糊控制器的设计,最终得到不同温度下最优隶属度函数形状参数。最后,基于不同温度下的Thevenin模型与遗传算法的优化结果,用最邻近法对外部温度的变化进行识别,选择对应的最优控制策略与Thevenin模型参数,从而能够使电动汽车拥有更好的经济性。
