The invention relates to the technical field of energy efficiency and low carbon, and discloses a source-network-pile-considered electric vehicle charging decision optimization strategy which is of great significance to optimization of electric vehicle charging behaviors, stable operation of a power grid and carbon emission reduction of the power grid under the background of a novel power system with new energy as a main body. According to the method, firstly, a photovoltaic power station is introduced into a road-electricity coupling network model, a source-network-pile network weight calculation method is provided, and then a source-network-pile electric vehicle charging strategy comprehensively considering charging time, carbon emission, charging cost, a coupling network operation state and photovoltaic output characteristics is provided. The charging queuing time of the electric vehicle is shortened, and the power grid carbon emission is reduced; the electric vehicle charging decision optimization strategy considering the source-network-pile can effectively reduce the EV charging time and reduce the carbon emission of the power grid, and has important significance and practical value for reducing the carbon emission generated by the charging behavior of the electric vehicle and reducing the charging cost of an EV user.
