The invention relates to an optimized energy distribution method of an electric vehicle and a system thereof and the electric vehicle, on the basis that a battery supplies power to a front wheel driving device and/or a rear wheel driving device or recycles electric energy, a first super capacitor and a second super capacitor are arranged, and the first super capacitor is used for supplying power to the rear wheel driving device or recycling electric energy; the second super capacitor is used for supplying power to the front wheel driving device or recovering electric energy; the method specifically comprises the following steps: 1) judging whether the residual electric quantity of the first super-capacitor and the second super-capacitor is greater than a preset threshold value, and if so, entering 2); (2) acquiring a front road topographic map through an electronic horizon system, predicting whether a continuous gradient exists in front, and if so, entering the step (3); and (3) according to the front continuous gradient value, the braking force distribution proportion during front braking is predicted, the current power output of the first super capacitor and the current power output of the second super capacitor are distributed in advance according to the braking distribution proportion, and the step (1) is executed again. According to the invention, the total capacity of the super capacitor is expanded, and the recovered braking or sliding energy is improved.
