The purpose of the invention is to achieve a framework for accurately estimating the accident risk of a driver. This accident risk diagnosis device: stores travel data, which is data indicating a travel state of each of a plurality of vehicles for each time of day, and information pertaining to past accidents of the plurality of vehicles; extracts, from the travel data, the travel data for a prescribed period prior to the day of the accident and travel data for the day of the accident; generates, on the basis of the extracted travel data, training data for each trip, which is a period from starting of a vehicle until a completion; uses the training data to generate an accident risk diagnosis model, which is a machine learning model for diagnosing accident risk; diagnoses an accident risk by inputting to the accident risk diagnosis model a feature amount of a trip of a vehicle for which the accident risk is to be diagnosed; and transmits the diagnosis result to an onboard device installed in the vehicle.

    本发明实现高精度地推定驾驶员的事故风险的结构。事故风险诊断装置存储表示多个车辆各自的每个日期时间的行驶状态的数据即行驶数据、以及与多个车辆的过去的事故相关的信息,提取行驶数据中的、事故当天之前的预定期间的所述行驶数据和事故当天的行驶数据,并基于提取出的行驶数据,生成车辆启动到结束为止的期间即每个行程的训练数据,使用训练数据生成诊断事故风险的机器学习模型即事故风险诊断模型,将成为事故风险的诊断对象的车辆的行程中的特征量输入到事故风险诊断模型来诊断事故风险,将诊断结果发送给搭载于车辆的车载机。
