The invention provides a battery thermal runaway early warning method and system, an intelligent terminal and a computer readable medium. The battery thermal runaway early warning method comprises steps that a first thermal runaway condition is obtained, and the first thermal runaway condition comprises the conditions that the maximum temperature of a battery exceeds a threshold value, the temperature rising rate of the battery exceeds the threshold value, the voltage reduction rate of the battery exceeds the threshold value, the temperature rising rate of the battery exceeds the threshold value, and sampling of a voltage signal and a temperature signal of the battery fails; the air pressure change rate of the battery exceeds the threshold value or the air pressure rise exceeds the threshold value or the air pressure exceeds the threshold value; a second thermal runaway condition is obtained, and the second thermal runaway condition comprises that the temperature difference of the battery exceeds a threshold value; and the thermal runaway condition of the battery is determined according to the first thermal runaway condition and the second thermal runaway condition, and if the first thermal runaway condition and the second thermal runaway condition are both met, thermal runaway early warning is triggered.

    本发明提供了一种电池热失控预警方法及系统、智能终端、计算机可读介质。上述的电池热失控预警方法包括:获取第一热失控条件,所述第一热失控条件包括:电池最高温度超过阈值且电池温度升高速率超过阈值,电池电压降低速率超过阈值且电池温度升高速率超过阈值,电池的电压信号以及温度信号采样失效,电池的气压变化速率超过阈值或者气压升高超过阈值或者气压超过阈值的至少其中之一;获取第二热失控条件,所述第二热失控条件包括:电池的温差超过阈值;根据所述第一热失控条件、所述第二热失控条件确定电池热失控情况,若所述第一热失控条件以及所述第二热失控条件均满足,则触发热失控预警。
