The invention discloses a battery pack thermal runaway early warning method, device and equipment and a medium. The method comprises the following steps: determining a target temperature sensor with a fault; determining a final temperature detection value of the target temperature sensor according to temperature detection values of other temperature sensors located on the same isothermal surface as the target temperature sensor, wherein the target temperature sensor and the other temperature sensors are used for detecting the temperature of the battery cell of the battery pack; and performing battery pack thermal runaway early warning based on a plurality of temperature detection values including the final temperature detection value of the target temperature sensor. According to the invention, the false alarm risk is effectively reduced, and the early warning accuracy is improved. The problem that the actual temperature of the battery cell cannot be truly reflected by the detection value of the temperature sensor which is loose in bonding in the prior art is solved, and the problem of false alarm of thermal runaway early warning is further solved.

    本发明公开一种电池包热失控预警方法、装置、设备和介质,所述方法包括:确定存在故障的目标温度传感器;根据与所述目标温度传感器位于同一等温面上的其它温度传感器的温度检测值确定所述目标温度传感器的最终温度检测值,所述目标温度传感器以及所述其它温度传感器均用于对电池包的电芯温度进行检测;基于包括所述目标温度传感器的最终温度检测值在内的多个温度检测值进行电池包热失控预警。本发明有效降低了误报风险,提高了预警准确度。解决了现有技术中粘接松动的温度传感器的检测数值不能真实地反应电芯的实际温度的问题,进而解决了热失控预警误报的问题。
