The power control method comprises the following steps: acquiring a power limit value of a charging and battery replacement station, a station end total request power of the battery replacement station and a pile end total request power of a plurality of charging piles; calculating the sum of the total request power of the station end and the total request power of the pile end; comparing the power limit value with the sum of the power; when the power limit value is smaller than the sum of the power, determining the actual distribution power of the station end of the battery replacement station and the actual distribution power of the pile ends of the plurality of charging piles based on a preset distribution strategy; and based on the station end actual distribution power and the pile end actual distribution power, performing power distribution on the one or more battery bins and the plurality of charging piles.
