The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle battery replacement, and discloses a charging bin and a battery replacement station. The charging bin comprises a bin body, a charging frame and a lifting mechanism, the charging frame is arranged in the bin body, a plurality of bearing assemblies are arranged in the height direction of the charging frame at intervals, the bearing assemblies can bear power batteries, and charging assemblies used for charging the power batteries are arranged on the bearing assemblies; a lifting mechanism is arranged in the bin body and located on one side of the charging frame. The lifting mechanism comprises a lifting plate capable of ascending and descending and a first conveying assembly arranged on the lifting plate. A second transmission assembly is further arranged on the bearing assembly; the lifting plate can ascend and descend in the height direction of the bin body so as to be selectively flush with any bearing assembly, so that butt joint of the first conveying assembly and the second conveying assembly is achieved, and the power batteries are transferred between the bearing assemblies and the lifting plate. The charging bin is high in space utilization rate, the storage capacity of the power batteries can be improved, and the transferring stability of the power batteries is guaranteed.
