The invention relates to the technical field of elevator rope heads, and particularly discloses a high-strength light alloy elevator rope head structure which comprises a spring seat assembly, a rope head rod and a cone core assembly, one end of the rope head rod is embedded in the spring seat assembly, the other end of the rope head rod is rotatably connected with the cone core assembly, and the cone core assembly comprises a cone sleeve, a first cone core and a second cone core. The cone sleeve is rotationally connected with the lower portion of the rope head rod, an arc-shaped notch is formed in one side of the cone sleeve, a rope head outlet is formed in the other side of the cone sleeve, the first cone core and the second cone core are both arranged in the cone sleeve and located below the arc-shaped notch and the rope head outlet, the first cone core and the second cone core are both adjustably connected with the cone sleeve, and the first cone core and the second cone core are oppositely and reversely arranged. The rope head penetrates in from the right side of the second cone core, bypasses the first cone core from the left side and penetrates out from the rope head outlet. The first cone core and the second cone core are adjusted in a kidney-shaped groove through a pin shaft and locked through a first cotter pin, and therefore the rope head is tensioned; and the cone sleeve is made of LC4 aluminum alloy, so that the mechanical property of the product is effectively improved.

    本发明涉及电梯绳头技术领域,具体公开了一种高强度轻合金电梯绳头结构,包括弹簧座组件、绳头杆和锥心组件,绳头杆的一端嵌设在弹簧座组件内,另一端与锥心组件可转动连接,锥心组件包括锥套、锥心一和锥心二,锥套与绳头杆的下部转动连接,锥套的一侧设有弧形豁口,另一侧设有绳头出口,锥心一和锥心二均设置在锥套内,且位于弧形豁口和绳头出口的下方,锥心一和锥心二与锥套之间均为可调节连接,锥心一与锥心二相对反向设置,绳头从锥心二右侧穿入,再从左侧绕过锥心一后从绳头出口穿出。本发明的锥心一和锥心二通过销轴在腰型槽内进行调节,并利用第一开口销锁紧,从而对绳头进行张紧;锥套采用LC4铝合金,有效地提高了产品的机械性能。
