The lifting appliance comprises a first supporting rod and a second supporting rod which are arranged in a spaced manner, a plurality of reinforcing rods are fixedly connected between the first supporting rod and the second supporting rod at equal intervals and along the length direction of the first supporting rod and the second supporting rod, and placing parts used for placing steel pipes are arranged on the opposite side faces of the first supporting rod and the second supporting rod at equal intervals; the positions of the placing parts correspond to the positions of the reinforcing rods, and each placing part is connected with a driving device for driving the placing part to rotate.
