The invention provides a vibration excitation platform positioning and moving device which comprises a fixed supporting beam arranged on the lifting frame and used for fixing a vibration excitation platform, a lifting frame used for lifting the excitation platform; and universal wheels arranged at the bottom of the lifting frame; the position of the excitation platform can be rapidly moved and adjusted, and butt joint positioning of loading equipment and a loading position is achieved; the vibration excitation platform positioning and moving device overcomes the defects of long consumed time, poor butt joint precision and low working efficiency of the existing mobile excitation platform in the laboratory.
