The invention belongs to the technical field of safety protection of cranes, and discloses a hydraulic rope breakage stopping device and method for a variable-amplitude trolley of a tower crane. The hydraulic rope breakage stopping device comprises an energy storage safety module, a rope breakage trigger module and a jacking stop module. The energy storage safety module, the rope breakage trigger module and the jacking stop module are all fixed to the outer side of a trolley cross beam, the energy storage safety module is connected with the rope breakage trigger module through a hydraulic rubber pipe, and the rope breakage trigger module is connected with the jacking stop module through a hydraulic rubber pipe. The energy storage safety module is used for providing a jacking power source. The rope breakage trigger module is used for releasing the pressure of an energy accumulator into the jacking stop module when a rope is broken. A hydraulic control mode is adopted. The device has the advantages of being reliable in rope breakage protection, simple in structure and convenient to install and adjust, and the phenomena that a traction steel wire rope is suddenly broken and the variable-amplitude trolley cannot be effectively stopped in the operation process of a variable-amplitude double trolley or single trolley of a tower crane in the past are overcome. When the hydraulic system is adopted to drive the jacking device, the locking effect is reliable and convenient.

    本发明属于起重机安全防护技术领域,公开了一种塔机变幅小车液压断绳止动装置及方法,包括蓄能安全模块、断绳触发模块和顶升止动模块;所述蓄能安全模块、断绳触发模块和顶升止动模块均固定在小车横梁外侧,蓄能安全模块通过液压胶管与断绳触发模块连接,断绳触发模块通过液压胶管与顶升止动模块连接;蓄能安全模块用于提供顶升动力源;断绳触发模块用于在断绳时,使蓄能器压力释放进顶升止动模块。本发明运用液压控制方式,具有断绳保护可靠,结构简单,安装调整方便,克服了以往塔机变幅双小车和单小车在运行过程中出现牵引钢丝绳突然断绳,变幅小车不能有效止动现象。采用这种液压系统驱动顶升装置,止动效果可靠、便捷。
