The invention relates to an unmanned automatic steel coil suspension carrying protection type crane. The crane comprises supports, guide rails, first sliding blocks, a sliding rail, a second sliding block and the like, the number of the guide rails is two, the two guide rails are symmetrical front and back, the bottoms of the two guide rails are evenly connected with the three supports at intervals, the two guide rails are slidably connected with the first sliding blocks, a the sliding rail is connected between the tops of the two first sliding blocks, and the second sliding block is slidably connected to the sliding rail. A telescopic rod of an electric push rod is shortened to enable two clamping plates to move inwards to clamp a steel coil, the two clamping plates move inwards to drive two supporting rods to move inwards to penetrate through a steel coil, a first winding wheel rotates reversely to take up a first steel wire rope, and a connecting block can move upwards to reset under the pulling action of the first steel wire rope, so the clamping plates and the supporting rods drive the steel coil to move upwards, and then the steel coil can be lifted up; and due to the cooperation of the clamping plates and the supporting rods, the steel coil can be hoisted smoothly, and the steel coil can be prevented from falling off.

    本发明涉及一种无人自动化钢卷悬吊搬运防护型起重机,包括有支架、导轨、第一滑块、滑轨和第二滑块等,导轨设有两个,两个导轨前后对称,两个导轨底部都均匀间隔的连接有三个支架,两个导轨上均滑动式连接有一个第一滑块,两个第一滑块顶部之间连接有滑轨,滑轨上滑动式连接有第二滑块。本发明的电动推杆的伸缩杆缩短使两个夹板向内移动夹住钢卷,两个夹板向内移动带动两根托杆向内移动穿过钢卷,第一绕线轮反向转动收回第一钢丝绳,在第一钢丝绳的拉动作用下能够使连接块向上移动复位,从而夹板和托杆随之带动钢卷向上移动,进而能够将钢卷吊起,由于夹板和托杆的配合能够顺畅将钢卷吊起防止钢卷掉落。
