The invention discloses a travelling crane control system of a waste incineration plant. The system overcomes the problems of low feeding efficiency, non-uniform feeding and low automation degree of the crane control system in a garbage finished product warehouse in the prior art, and comprises an onboard system and a ground system. The onboard system comprises a control system, a positioning system, an industrial-grade laser radar video recognition system, a material level automatic judgment system and a safety protection system, and the ground system comprises a travelling crane task automatic scheduling system. The material level automatic judgment system comprises a material distribution and collection system, a feeding port material level recognition system and a travelling crane task priority judgment system. The positioning system, the industrial-grade laser radar videorecognition system, the travelling crane task automatic scheduling system, the safety protection system, the material distribution acquisition system, the feeding port material level identification system and the travelling crane task priority judgment system are all connected with the control system. The automation degree is high, operation is convenient, and operation of the crane can be automatically controlled according to the capacity of a garbage storage and the material level of a feeding port.
