The invention provides a micro-motion flexible ball joint hinge based on shape memory alloy driving, and belongs to the field of aerospace. The problem of assembly error accumulation in the on-orbit construction process of a large-scale space truss structure based on part materials is solved. The device comprises a battery pack, a signal receiver, a temperature control piece, a temperature control deformation assembly and a shell, the battery pack, the signal receiver, the temperature control piece and the temperature control deformation assembly are all arranged in the shell, and the battery pack is connected with the signal receiver and the temperature control piece and supplies power to the signal receiver and the temperature control piece. The temperature control piece is arranged at the rear end of the signal receiver and is in communication connection with the signal receiver, the temperature control piece is connected with the temperature control deformation assembly through a heat conduction material, a grating plate is arranged on the shell and is connected with the temperature control deformation assembly, the temperature control deformation assembly is of a flat-plate-shaped structure, and the temperature control deformation assembly is formed by pressing a plurality of shape memory alloy plates. The micro-motion flexible ball joint hinge is mainly used for a large-scale space truss structure.
