The invention discloses a variable structure with deflection hinge locking and shape memory alloy driving, and belongs to the technical field of aerospace engineering. The variable structure comprises a memory alloy wire driving expanding mechanism composed of a plurality of sets of memory alloy wire driving guide rod mechanisms, an expanding driving mechanism in the form of a hydraulic cylinder, an expandable shell made of an aluminum magnesium alloy material, a deflection mechanism and a deformation fine adjustment mechanism, wherein the deflection mechanism is achieved in the manner that a stepping motor drives a rotation hinge, and a memory alloy wire spring mechanism is adopted in the deformation fine adjustment mechanism. The expanding mechanism composed of the multi-level central memory alloy wire driving guide rod mechanisms is adopted, the SMA spring deformation fine adjustment mechanism is combined, and therefore the expandable shell can be driven by the expanding driving mechanism to be reliably expanded; and meanwhile the deformation fine adjustment mechanism can supplement the local deformation in the expanding process. The expandable shell can deflect by a certain angle through the deflection mechanism and is accurately locked through a hinge mechanism. The variable structure has wide application prospects in the aerospace field.
